HOW IT GOT STARTED

I have spent over twenty-five years in the professional services industry,  mostly in the B2B SaaS space.  I've also spent about 10 years as a consumer of those services.  What I've found is that I'm passionate about the transformational process. Taking a new or existing PS organization from ideation or a cost center to a high-performing profit engine is exciting and I want to share what I've learned!

For years I've wanted to share some of the best practices my teams and I have come to depend on to repeat this success. With PS EXEC I finally have the forum to do just that and I frame these best practices in what I call  

The Professional Services Ecosystem™​. 

I hope to not only share my thoughts, opinions, and experience but also yours.
