People, process, and tools make up what is called The Triumvirate.  Represented in the PSE icon as a triangle, The Triumvirate has as the base of the triangle the people that make up the PS organization.  The PSE is built around the concept that people are the most important component to delivering service solutions to clients.

The PSE then depends upon agile processes and evolving tools and technologies to make up the other two sides of the triangle. When optimized, The Triumvirate ensures the PS organization is delivering world-class services to its clients.
